REFUND POLICY

 

Due to the nature of our creations, refunds are handled under the following conditions:

 

• You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return, in accordance with European consumer law.

• Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Customized or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable, unless defective.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within [X] days.
